Today, we're thinking about getting sober curious and re-examining our relationship to alcohol with returning guest, Steff Sullivan. Steff is a Certified Barre Instructor, founder of Prescription Self-Care, and Human Design Mentor, among many other titles.

In today's episode, she's sharing her experience of being sober for over a year. We talk about her relationship to alcohol and what it looks like for people, conquering the fear of not being fun if you aren't drinking, how she decided to explore sobriety, the role alcohol plays in our society, the emotional side of being sober and so much more.
